We’re currently looking for volunteers to help with the creation of an Under 8’s team at the club. The team will be for boys and girls and will initially be able to accommodate children sign posted from our schools program.

No experience is required but we are looking for enthusiastic and committed people who can help. We are building the club infrastructure to enable us to support the growing interest in Rugby League and the creation of an under 8’s team is the next step on our journey. As well as DBS and SPC (Safeguarding and Protecting Children) coaches will be expected to complete a UKCC Level 2 Coaching qualification in Rugby League. All training will be fully funded by the club.

Our partners, Wigan Warriors, will help support new coaches with a growing mentoring system established by ourselves.
